Rooms at this special holiday villa in Umbria were created in honor of the glorious and prestigious life of the Kings and Queens. All of our guest rooms include the following amenities:

The Emanuele Filiberto Room

This room features a king size bed, Jacuzzi tub, and an oversized shower. The large balcony is perfect for admiring the wonderful views of Lake Trasimeno. This large and comfortable room, named after the Duke of Savoy, a 16th century ruler, has furniture fit for a king and queen.

The Tuscan Room

Decorated in honor of beautiful Lake Trasimeno, it has all the flare of an enchanted villa in Toscana. The Tuscan Room is painted the traditional green color, has a wood-burning fireplace, along with a traditional rod iron Tuscan bed. A large balcony offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area for more than 45 miles.

Lago Trasimeno Room

When you enter this room, you will quickly realize that you are on vacation. The room is decorated with a nautical motif—a feeling of a chalet by the beach. This room has a very large window and a balcony where you can sit and relax while taking in the views, a beautiful bathroom with a bidet and a large shower.

Foresta Umbra Room

This room is dedicated to the beautiful forests of Umbria. This room has a private entrance and a large balcony with a wonderful view of the lake. Enjoy a wonderful night’s sleep in this beautiful bed which is draped with mosquito netting, feeling as if one is in the Umbria Forest. The fine furniture gives this room a great sense of peace and quiet with its palms and delicate décor. The bathroom follows the same décor and is spacious with a corner shower and bidet.

Stanza Romantica Room

The elegant Stanza Romantica has all the character of an enchanted Umbrian house. The four poster bed with veils is elegantly decorated. The bathroom, with a bidet and shower, is spacious. A large window overlooks the terrace where you sit and enjoy the shadows of the Villa.

The Giardino Mini Apartment

The Giardino features a private entrance with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. This room feels like you are in a garden filled with beautiful flowers—a very peaceful atmosphere. The large window overlooks the terrace. The bathroom includes a bidet and shower. When available, this one bedroom apartment can be adjoined with the Romantica Room and become a two-bedroom apartment.
