Booking procedure
To inquire about the availability of a room, please e-mail us at: reservations@villatrasimeno.com or call us at 333-535-9366 (when calling from U.S.A. please dial 011-39, then the number).
Once you request a specific room and dates—and after we confirm your request by return e-mail—an advance payment equal to 20% of the whole payment is due. The advance payment must be confirmed by sending an e-mail of the payment receipt within 24-48 hours from the confirmation of availability. Without this confirmation the booking will be considered cancelled.
